Are you a staffing firm?

We are not a temp-to-hire staffing firm. We help build your pool of qualified candidates and coach you along the way in order for you to successfully hire employees to work directly for your company.

What type of positions are best suited for Hiring Team?

We work on all positions from entry level to management (including sales, marketing, accounting, engineering, production, financial, skilled trade and more). We can perform local candidate searches and national searches.

Can I use Hiring Team for an Executive Level position?

This service is not designed for executive level positions which require a differentiated approach. Executive postitions require significantly more candidate reach outs and interviews than our flat fee service provides. We do have a team who specializes in executive recruitment and we would be happy to discuss.

Can I hire multiple people with your service?

Yes, you will have access to all resumes submitted along with their contact information. Feel free to hire any candidate from the search at any time with no additional fee due.

Do you conduct interviews for me?

No, we do not conduct interviews, but we do provide you with interview questions and guidance on structure to help you make the best hiring decision.

Can I use the created job description, interview questions, and candidates in the future?

YES! Everything we deliver to you is yours to keep and use as needed.

When should I expect to see resumes for my job?

From the time the job description is agreed upon, it takes typically takes about 2-3 days for you to start seeing candidates. We share resumes and contact information for each candidate as we receive them.

What does it look like when you’re contacting candidates on behalf of our company?

We introduce your position and your company with an attractive marketing statement. We mention the main focuses of the position and why they want to work for your company. We ask candidates to respond with interest so we can connect them with you directly.

What happens if I don’t get a hire from your service?

Our goal is to have a successful hire using our expert team and proven process. However, factors such as location, compensation level, and uniqueness of the role can present challenges in getting a hire. Our team is here to advise you on various solutions to combat these challenges to attract highly qualified candidates.

How will I view my candidates?

We will provide you a link in a centralized system where you will see each of your candidates' resumes and contact information.

How often can I talk to my Hiring Coach?

As often as you like! We provide you with email, phone, and text to easily contact your dedicated Hiring Coach. They will offer you tips on candidate screening, conducting interviews, and offer package design.
